I was pleasantly surprised by the room standards at the residence. The room was fairly good size, had a kitchen, sofa, and a king-size bed, making it really comfortable. It was spacious, just as advertised. However, I did notice that the rooms are in need of a makeover.

The location was great for getting in and out of Yale University. Although it was in an industrial area, the surroundings were beautiful including a play yard for children and sitting space. However, it was different to what I expected, being close to a major furnishing brand and tower block.
